Secondary Schools Staff Well-being Ambassadors Oadby, Wigston and Harborough

Description

The ambassador’s role will be trained to support staff well-being.  During the event, the participant will take part in physical activity and well-being workshops. After the workshop, the ambassadors will devise an action plan to support staff well-being at school. The ambassadors will be given £350 per school to spend on staff well-being opportunities and delivery of their action plans.  Preferably,  we would like 1 ambassadors from each school to be a member of SLT.
