The ‘Opening Ceremony Torch’ is used as a Legacy to London 2012 and will once again be used as part of the Leicester-Shire & Rutland School Games Spring Championships Opening Ceremony on 3rd April 2014 – and you can be a part of it!

Each partnership area is running an open competition for all schools within their Partnership to design the ‘face’ of their panel of the ‘Torch’. The winning design within each Partnership area will then be attached together to make up the Leicester-Shire & Rutland School Games Spring Championships ‘Torch’.

Your entries need to be sent in by 7th March 2014
